Alex Malloy of New York registered this sport of H. 'Island Charm' in 1998. It grows
into a medium size hosta about 13 inches in
height with a spread of 3 feet. The ovate shaped
leaves have purplish red petioles and average
substance. Its purple flowers bloom in July.
							According to
				The Hostapedia by
							Mark Zilis (2009), "...differs from
'Island Charm' by its streaked and mottled,
							rather
than white, leaf center. In the specimens I've seen,
there has been a tendency to revert back to 'Island
Charm' or 'Green Lama', the all-green form. With a
little maintenance, however, this can be easily
							avoided."
