There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small to medium size hosta with dark green leaves and creamy white or yellow streaked variegation. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Chick Wasitis of Bridgewood Gardens from Maryland.  

This hosta died before it was introduced so it no longer exists.
