There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a dense, medium to large size hosta with blue-green leaves and creamy yellow streaked variegation in most of the leaves. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Trudy Van Wyke of Iowa.
