This upright growing cultivar was registered in 2004
by Criste Sauve of Michigan and is of unidentified parentage. It is a
giant size hosta about 35 inches high by 48 inches wide
with intensely blue-green foliage. The leaves are
broadly ovate, moderately cupped, slightly corrugated and
have a glaucous bloom on top with a "spear-like" tip.
Tubular, semi-translucent flowers bloom from mid-July
into August on scapes up to 50 inches tall. According to the registration materials: "...turns dark green late
summer..."
