There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small size hosta with intensely blue-green leaves on this Tardiana-type plant. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Barry Sligh of Taunton Gardens in New Zealand.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), this is actually H. 'Kiwi Summer Haze'.
