This cultivar was originated by Frances Williams of Massachusetts but registered in 1995 by Peter Ruh of Ohio on her behalf, and is of unidentified parentage. It is a medium size (13 inches high by 30 inches wide) hosta with blue-green foliage that is very shiny on top. Tubular flowers bloom from late June into July on scapes about 25 inches tall.
