There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the (low quality) photo on the HL website, it appears to be a medium to large size hosta with dark green, pointed leaves.  It has H. longipes in its background. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Ran Lydell of Cooks Nursery and Eagle Bay Gardens in New York.
