Hosta 'Stand-up America'
 

A seedling of H. 'Dorothy Benedict' × an unidentified hosta, this cultivar was registered by Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan in 2005. It is an upright plant that grow to a large size hosta about 27 inches high by 36 inches wide.

The foliage is dark green with a wide greenish-yellow marginal variegation. Its leaves are lightly wavy, moderately corrugated, nearly round and slightly shiny on top. Pale lavender flowers with purple stripes bloom from June into July.
