There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a medium to large size hosta with dark green leaves and blotchy, creamy white streaked variegation. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Richard Teslow. 

Although the variegation looks somewhat like a virus infection, the originator says that it has been tested and found to be free of virus.
