This cultivar was noted on the The Hosta Lists website as a hosta with streaked variegation. 

There is also a cultivar named H. 'Foxfire Shadow Dancer' from Steve Schulte of Foxfire Gardens in Wisconsin.  It may also be a misspelling for the cultivar H. 'Shadow Dance'.
