We found this cultivar listed on the Hosta Lists website as a plant with puckered and streaked foliage.

This is most likely a misspelling of H. 'Robb's Rag' from Robb McWilliams of Minnesota.

Another possibility is that it is from Rob Canning of Michigan who purchased the Lakeside collection after the retirement of Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee. Wonder if this is one of his that is related to 'Lakeside Rag Bag' or 'Lakeside Ragtime'?
