Registered by William and Jean Owens of Illinois in 2008, this fast growing cultivar is a sport of H. 'Rainforest Sunrise'. It is a medium size (11 inches high  by 24 inches wide) hosta with dark green foliage that has golden yellow medial (center) variegation. The leaves are heavily corrugated, nearly round, deeply cupped and slightly shiny on top. Lavender flowers with purple stripes bloom from mid-July into August on scapes up to 24 inches tall.
