This cultivar is a large size (20 inches high by 48 inches wide) hosta with dark green leaves. It is considered an H. 'Fortunei'-type plant. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Jim Schwarz of Jim's Hostas of Iowa (now owned by Uniquely Hostas of Wisconsin) .
