There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small size hosta with narrow, wavy green leaves and creamy white marginal variegation. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Randy Goodwin of Indiana. It was distributed by the Indianapolis Hosta Society as the 2007 National Convention of The American Hosta Society Hosta.
