There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small size hosta with narrowly ovate, pointed green leaves. 

We strongly suspect that this cultivar was originated by Henry Weissenberger of New York...although we do not know for sure. He did originate another hosta named H. 'Margie Weissenberger'.
