A seedling selection, this cultivar is a non-registered hosta by Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict of Michigan. It grows into a medium size hosta about 16 inches in height with a spread of 42 inches with leaves that have thick substance. Pale purple flowers bloom in August.
