A cross of H. 'Elatior' × H. 'High Noon' was registered by
Olga Petryszyn of Indiana in 1999. It forms a
giant size plant rising to 37 inches high and 88
							inches
wide. The leaves are broadly ovate and have slight corrugation.
Its near white flowers bloom from late June into July.

							 According to

The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "Shortly before I viewed the
magnificent specimen of 'Key West' in Olga Petryszyn's
collection, she revealed that only one out of every six hundred
of her seedlings made it to the
							registration stage." From the

Field Guide to Hostas by Mark Zilis (2014), "...makes a statement in any garden in which it is
grown. Its rich coloration and massive size compels
observers to stop and admire its magnificence."
