upright growing cultivar is a sport of H. 'Undulata Erromena'.
It is a large size hosta about 25 inches high by 21
inches wide with dark green foliage that has a yellow
medial (center) variegation. There is also a lighter
green strip between the yellow and green.
The leaves are
broadly ovate, slightly corrugated, slightly puckered and
slightly shiny on top. Lavender flowers with a whitish
throat bloom from mid-July into August on scapes up to
36 inches tall.
According to the registration materials: "...large, semi upright, of 3 distinct colors.
Better than average substance, not prone to slug
damage or melting out...." |
