This hosta was included on a list at the Hosta Library. It is a non-registered cultivar from Alex Malloy of New York. From the image on HL, it appears to be a small size hosta with dark green foliage that has creamy yellow streaked variegation. Several of the narrowly ovate leaves on the plant have reverted to all-green.
