Hosta 'Hootenanny'

Registered by Randy Goodwin of Indiana in 2018, this fast growing cultivar is a small size (7 inches high by 24 inches wide) sport of unidentified parentage. It has medium blue-green foliage that has yellow marginal variegation which turns white later in the season. The leaves are broadly ovate, slightly cupped, twisted and slightly corrugated with a dull top. Pale lavender flowers with mild striping bloom from late June into July on scapes 15 to 25 inches tall followed by viable seeds.

The registration materials state: "...good growing, medium sized cultivar has blended green coloration between the center and margins...Early in the season the leaf centers are more blue, and the margins are more yellow."
