There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a large size hosta with green leaves and a creamy yellow medial (center) variegation. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Hill's Nursery and Greenhouse in Georgia. 

We could not find anything on a nursery of this name but there is a Sunny Hill Greenhouses & Nursery in Georgia.
