Originated by Karel Hensen of the Netherlands in the early 1980s, this non-registered cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Sieboldiana'. It is a little smaller than the mother plant as it grows into a medium size plant about 15 inches high. The nearly round foliage is greyish blue-green in color. It bears near white flowers in July.
