This large size (22 inches high by 48 inches wide) non-registered cultivar of unidentified parentage (H. 'Fortunei Gigantea' background) was originated by Julia Geissler of Nebraska. It starts the spring bright gold in color but changes to dark green later in the season. The leaves are broadly oblong to ovate, moderately corrugated and slightly cupped. Near white flowers with a lavender midrib bloom in July.
