Registered by Franc and Sally Freeman of Iowa in 2010, this upright growing cultivar is a sport of H. 'Independence Day'. It is a large size hosta about 24 inches high with a spread of around 32 inches. The foliage is dark green with a light green marginal variegation. Its leaves are ovate, slightly flat and slightly shiny on top. Bell shape flowers bloom from June into July on scapes up to 47 inches tall.
