Jim Schwarz of Jim's Hostas of Iowa (now owned by Uniquely Hostas of Wisconsin) originated this medium to large size non-registered sport of H. 'Foxy Doxy'. Its leaves are blue-green with a white marginal variegation. Pale purple flowers bloom from mid-July into August.
