According to a photo on the Hosta Library, this is a small size hosta with green foliage that has a narrow white medial (center) variegation. The leaves radiate out from a central point in the middle of the plant. It is a non-registered cultivar from Steve Schulte of Foxfire Gardens in Wisconsin.
