Steve Schulte of Wisconsin originated this seedling of H. 'Independence Day' and it was registered by Bill Silvers of Georgia in 2009. It is a medium size hosta which grows to about 16 inches in height with a spread of around 36 inches. The leaves change from pale green to chartreuse and are ovate, heavily corrugated and slightly cupped. It bears lavender flowers in July.
