This seedling selection is a non-registered plant by Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio. It is part of his American Indian Series of hostas. It forms a medium size plant with shiny, lanceolate, slightly wavy foliage with smooth texture. The cultivar flowers in August.

According to a Google search, "The Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri people and their ancestors have been historically located in Canada, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska."
