This cultivar is a sport of H. 'Lemonade' was originated by Faye Coble of Missouri and registered by Calvin Helsley of Missouri in 1999. It is a medium size plant about 12 inches high with a spread of around 26 inches. The medium to dark green foliage has a gold marginal variegation. Lavender flowers bloom in August.
