Hosta 'Chelsea Ore'
 

This seedling of H. plantaginea was registered in 1989 by James Compton and the Chelsea Physic Garden in England . The large size plant grows to around 28 inches in height with a spread of 49 inches. Its chartreuse to light green leaves have a medium green marginal variegation.

 

"Plant has dark green, irregular margin on yellow green leaf. The leaf is albescent becoming almost white. Root system moderately stoloniferous." (should say rhizomatous)
