There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo, it appears to be a medium size hosta with dark blue-green leaves and creamy yellow streaked variegation. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Stuart Asch of Michigan. 

The originator made the following comment on the Fraternal Order of Seedy Fellows website: "This is a great plant that has changed a bit through the years. The leaves have become smaller, yet it has kept its wonderful streakiness. Still a work in progress, a joyful work it is. "
