This non-registered cultivar of unidentified parentage (H. kikutii background) was originated by Ran Lydell of Cooks Nursery and Eagle Bay Gardens in New York. It is a medium size hosta about 15 inches high by 36 inches wide with blue-green foliage. The leaves are smooth textured and have a thick bloom on the bottom.

This cultivar won the 2001 William and Eleanor Lachman Award at the First Look hosta competition as the best seedling as chosen by the AHS Judges.
