This cultivar is a sport of H. 'Tokudama Aureonebulosa' that was registered by Eldren Minks of Fairway Enterprises in Minnesota in 1983. It forms a medium size mound of heavily corrugated foliage. The near white flowers bloom in dense clusters from late June into July.
