Hosta 'Belle Of The Ball'
 

This hybrid of H. kiyosumiensis x H. pycnophylla was originated by Hajime Sugita in Japan and registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 1998. It is a medium size plant that grows about 16 inches high with a spread of around 38 inches. The medium green colored foliage is narrowly ovate and slightly wavy. They have lavender to purple colored petioles. Lavender flowers bloom in August.
