This "form" of H. 'Starburst' is a non-registered cultivar from Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio. It has green foliage with a white margin and streaks in the center green. The small size plant has leaves which are wavy and have thin substance. Lavender flowers bloom in late August.
